Document Control Specialist Location: Wilmington, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM We are hiring a dependable team member who keeps everything running. The role involves managing documents, ensuring accuracy, and supporting daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong time management and productivity skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks Ability to lift/push up to 35 lbs. and occasionally use step ladders Reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Responsibilities Retrieve, sort, scan, batch, validate, and release documents Maintain document organization and workflow between departments Operate outgoing mail equipment and complete data entry accurately Support daily operations and ensure compliance with documentation standards Benefits Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
